Project Overview
Gateway Park & Urban Plaza will be a new 3.2 acre neighborhood
park located on the corner of NE Halsey and NE 106th. The Master
Planning process of 2010 outlined some important features
including a programmed urban plaza, green space, inclusive
nature playground, skate dot, and picnic area.
This project consists of the following Sub Bid Opportunities:

The City of Vancouver (City) is seeking Statement of Qualiications
(SOQ) of qualiied consultant teams or individuals to perform
construction management, inspections and other related
professional services for the Main Street Fiber Optic Project, which
is federally funded.
Request for qualiications packets may be examined at Vancouver
City Hall, Customer Service Desk, 1st loor lobby, 415 W. 6th
Street, Vancouver Washington 98660. Request for Qualiications
packets may be obtained from the Builder’s Exchange of
Washington website at http://bxwa.com. Click on Posted Projects,
