Through Indian Eyes: Native American Cine-
ma -- Organized by the UCLA Film and Television
Archives, the NW Film Center at the Portland Art
Museum, presents a series of ilms by First Nations
ilmmakers that aim to reach mainstream audiences
and Native communities while working to recuper-
ate tribal languages, spirituality, and commu-
