Scary Movie Improv -- Within the boundaries of the horror and
sci-fi films of the 1940s and 50s, think Wolf Man, Mole People,
and the Mummy’s Curse, actors will revisit the genre with im-
provised theater that promises lots of entertainment and laughs.

Hip-hop’s Golden Age -- ‘How We Got On,’ a play about three
teens who live their beats, rhymes and dreams of stardom in Hip
Hop’s golden age, presented by Portland Playhouse, a local the-

Classical Concert -- The Portland Gay
Men’s Chorus, a group of singers whose eclectic performances
honor and uplift the gay community and affirm the worth of all
people, will perform their biennial Classical Concert on Sunday,
Oct. 25 at 3 p.m.at Kaul Auditorium on the Reed College Cam-
pus in southeast Portland. Tickets start at $16 and are available

edy show in a Saturday Night Live format with local recording

open to the community.
