tour coming
Queen of Pop Janet Jackson just an-
nounced her latest concert dates for her new
Unbreakable! World Tour, and Portland is
on the list.
Janet, who grew up performing in the
Jackson 5 with her late pop sensation broth-
er, Michael Jackson, has become one of the
best-selling and most celebrated pop stars of
all time, with 33 Billboard Music Awards, 6
Grammys, 13 Soul Train Music Awards, and
12 American Music Awards to her name.
She has sold over 160 million records,
with four albums included in Rolling Stone’s
“500 Greatest Albums” and the Rock and
Roll Hall of Fame’s “Definitive 200” list.
Fuse ranked her as the third most awarded
artist in history.
Jackson’s tour has been selling out quick-
ly across the Europe and the United States,
and the rest of her world tour is expected to
fill out just as fast. Jackson comes to Port-
land’s Moda Center on Jan. 12 at 8 p.m.
