ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES
Bid Date: Wednesday, May 6th, 2015 at 3:00 p.m.
The City of Vancouver (the City) is seeking Statement of Qualifi-
cations (SOQ) of qualified consultant teams or individuals to per-
form the necessary professional services for on-call construction
management and inspection services that are either locally and/
or state/federally funded.
Request for qualifications packets may be examined at Vancou-
ver City Hall, Customer Service Desk, 1st floor lobby, 415 W. 6th
Street, Vancouver Washington 98660. Request for Qualifications
packets may be obtained from the Builder’s Exchange of Washing-
ton website at http://bxwa.com. Click on Posted Projects, Goods
and Services, City of Vancouver and Projects Bidding links. These
are available for viewing, downloading and printing on your own
equipment free of charge. You may also link to the Builder’s Ex-
change website through the City of Vancouver’s Projects Currently
out for Solicitation page.

Sealed responses will be received by the Procurement Services
Manager of the City of Vancouver, Washington up to the hour of
3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 6th, 2015. Responses delivered later will
not be accepted. The City of Vancouver is not responsible for de-
lays in delivery.
All responses to this request that are mailed through the Unit-
ed States Postal Service shall be addressed to the Procurement
Services Manager, City of Vancouver, P.O. Box 1995, Vancouver,
Washington 98668-1995. Please be advised that USPS deliveries
requiring a signature may not be delivered in a timely manner
as our receiving point is not staffed at all times and may not be
available to sign at the time of delivery. Hand-delivered responses
or responses not sent through the USPS, shall be delivered to the
Vancouver City Hall, Customer Service Desk, 1st floor lobby, City

ON-CALL PLUMBING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

Bid Date: May 12, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws
of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE
Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting sealed
bids for On-Call Plumbing Maintenance and Repair.
Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m., May 12, 2015, in
Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR
97232-2736, Attention: Tracy Sagal, RFB 2900.
Metro owns and maintains a variety of properties which require
both commercial and residential plumbing services. Metro seeks
services to be provided on an emergency and scheduled basis.
Bidders may include bids for commercial services, residential ser-
vices, or both.
Metro desires to increase the utilization of MWESB contractors for
this work. A free workshop and technical bid writing assistance
will be provided to small businesses meeting the certification cri-
teria required by the State of Oregon for Minority-owned, Wom-
an-owned and Emerging Small Businesses certification. See the
RFB for more information about the MWESB Workshop.

Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or
waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action
is deemed in the public interest.
