m em ory o f victim s o f p olice shootings, both in P ort
land and across the country.

C hurch, 4 2 3 6 N .E. Eighth A ve., w here an inter-faith
coalition o f clergy w ill lead prayers. T he participants
w ill then m arch along M artin L uther K ing B oulevard,
before ending at the N orth Skidm ore Street 1-5 o v er
pass w here K endra Jam es w as killed by police in 2003.
