Avenue, Camas, WA 98607, until2P.M.onThursday,Januaryl5,2015,
and will then and there be publicly read for the recovery sale of
approximately 1,950 MBF of designated timber.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the
amount of $10,000 in the form of cash, certified check or cashier’s
check shall be submitted with the attached bid form. The City will
retain the deposit of the successful bidder, which will be applied to
the Initial Deposit ($35,000). All other bid deposits will be returned
to the unsuccessful bidders. In the event a successful bidder fails
to proceed with the purchase after acceptance of the bid by
executing the contract and paying the Initial Deposit, the rights of
such bidder shall be deemed terminated and the deposit of the
bidder shall be forfeited to the City of Camas.

The City has prepared a Bid Package containing a Timber Sale
Contract and, in the event any offer to purchase is accepted, the
City will require the Buyer to enter into said contract within five days
of Council award. The contract contains additional terms of the
