4. A dd greens to saucepan, then stir in rice, balsam ic v inegar and spices,
co o k for an o th er 5 to 10 m inutes until greens are softened to y o u r preferred
consistency. T urn o ff stovetop and rem ove saucepan from heat.
5. D rain liquid from saucepan into a 9x 13-inch baking dish and set aside.
S tu ff green bell peppers w ith b e e f and sausage m ixture.
6. Place stuffed green bell p ep p er halves in the baking dish; sprinkle w ith
fresh ground black pepper, co v er baking dish w ith alum inum foil, and bake
in the p reh eated oven fo r 30 m inutes.
