Community Services Northwest (a not-for-profit community mental
health agency) is seeking a general Contractor to refurbish part of
its 8,000 sf facility located at The Wellness Project, 317 E 39th St,
Vancouver, WA 98663. The renovation work must be undertaken
with minimum disruption to the operation of the clinic and treatment
center based there. There can be no more than two existing
treatment rooms/offices out of service at any one time. The work
to be done includes a complete renovation of the lobby and reception
area; dividing one group room into two treatment room/offices;
subdividing an existing break room into a meeting room with some
catering capability and building an office from this space; re-layout
the IT office to become more functional; increase the level of sound­
proofing throughout the building; re-layout the lighting and HVAC
throughout the building; and to the extent possible add trim and
redecorate as necessary. A Community Development Block grant
of approx. $200,000 has been awarded to fund this work.
Completion of the work must be before March 31,2015. Experience
of working under Federal, State and Davis-Bacon regulations are
required

control area. Provide vehicle transportation support function under
direction of supervisor. Maintain accountability of students and
property; adhere to safety practices and OSHA standards.
Must have High School Diploma or GED and two years related
experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
sufficient to successfully perform job. Valid state driver’s license
with acceptable driving record required. Obtain Oregon Department
of Public Safety Standards Training (DPSST) certification within 10
days of employment; on site training provided. CDL permit and CDL
medical certification and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to
obtain within 90 days of employment. Company paid training,
