Electronic Meets 60’s Old School
Looking like an old school 60s group, Metronomy, brings their electronic pop sounds to the Star
Theater, 13 N.W. Sixth Ave, on Friday, Oct 24 at 9 p.m. Based out o f England, the group is touring
the U.S. in support of their recent album ‘Love Letters.'
‘Frozen’ Family Halloween Fest
Warner Pacific College hosts its annual free Fall
Family Festival on Thursday, Oct. 30. Families are
encouraged to come with their kids in costume so that
they can trick-or-treat in a safe environment. This
year's theme is "Frozen," after the wildly popular
Disney movie o f the same name.
Festivities will include games, face painting, a pic­
ture booth, costume contest, live music, a haunted
