p.m. at Concordia University in
northeast Portland.
The Honorable Avel Gordly,
former state senator, will be the key
note speaker and' Lakecia Gunter,
Intel Labs chief of staff, will emcee.
The scholarship fund is a pro
gram of Highland Haven, a non
