W ith the support o f her m other and
sister, plus som e church friends, C arter
said she w anted to create a business
that w ould leave a legacy for her ch il
dren and the future.
H er husband had the idea for the
nam e E llechor w hich is essentially
R ochelle spelled backw ards. Since its
inception, she has grow n the com pany
with m ultiple brandings and an online
bookstore.
She provides publishing con
sulting services for various
authors and m anages the ac
quisition and production pro
cess for all her im prints.
