The total building construction cost is projected to be approximately
$26 million.
The scope of work for Bid Package #3 includes dem olition,
excavation, underground utilities, structural steel, exterior skin,
roofing, glazing, framing and drywall, finish carpentry, plumbing,
electrical, HVAC, fire sprinklers, flooring, interior finishes, site
concrete, landscaping, and equipment. It is the Intention of Lease
Crutcher Lewis, LLC to submit bid(s) for portions of this work.

Schedule: Generally this position follows RACC office hours (M-F,
8:30 AM to 5:00PM), but flexibility is required - including some
evening and weekend events
Supervisor: Community Liaison
Compensation: $18 per hour plus benefits
