All proceeds from the 31st annual event go directly to benefit Special Olympics Oregon. Jenn Louis and Joe Kim are among the celebrity chefs who will join in the festivities. Louis’ cooking philosophy is to be consistent, simple and purposeful. These values all show through in her entrepreneurial culinary endeavors, which in­ clude Lincoln Restaurant, Sunshine Tavern and Culi­ nary Artistry. Kim, who was recently nom inated for a 2014 Jam es Beard Foundation award as one o f the 20 top Northw est chefs, is part ow ner and executive chef o f the Five Fusion & Sushi Bar, a restaurant that creates culinary magic by fusing Eastern and W est­ ern flavors while focusing on local, organic ingre­ dients.
