ming, lessons and other aquatic
activities have kicked off with
the seasonal opening of Portland
Parks and Recreation’s outdoor
pools. Indoor pools are open year-
round.
Parents who want to enroll
their children in swimming les
sons are encouraged to act now.
Lessons are available for all age
groups and ability levels. Visit

sons available.
Portland’s pools also offer
open play swims, water exer
cise classes, junior lifeguard train
ing, junior swim instructor train
ing, summer swim teams, and
special events.
