Former Franklin High School basketball star Shoni
Schimmel holds up her new uniform after being
drafted No. 8 by The WNBA’s Atlanta Dream.
Schimmel played for Louisville in college with her
younger sister, Jude. Their mom, Ceci Moses, is
coaching one o f this year’s Portland Observer Joyce
Washington Classic teams.
