lemon juice, cover tightly,
and let stand on the counter
for 1 week. Turn the jar over
daily. At the end of the
week, top the jar off with
enough olive oil to cover
the lemons. This will keep in
the refrigerator for up to 4 months.
2. To use, pull the lemon pulp from the peel, and scrape out the pith to
leave only the yellow rind. Julienne, and add to your favorite dish for a
lemony zing.

4. Put shrimp in a bowl. Drizzle
olive oil and sprinkle paprika and
salt over the shrimp, stir to coat
shrimp completely.
5. Cook the shrimp on the
preheated grill until they are
bright pink on the outside and the
meat is no longer transparent in
the center, about 2 minutes per
side. Transfer shrimp to a plate
and serve with lemon aioli.
