The Multnomah Youth Commission’s Youth Against Violence Committee will host SATURDAY its third annual Rob Ingram Youth Summit Against Violence, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Ambridge Event Center, 1333 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The commission established the Rob Ingram Youth Summit after the 2011 shooting death of SUNDAY MONDAY Shiloh Hampton, 14.
