Treatment.

Metro is seeking a consulting firm to determine how to improve
storm water management and treatment its Metro Central Transfer
Station at 6161 NW 61st Avenue in Portland to ensure that permit
benchmarks and reference concentrations are consistently met.
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. at
Metro Central Station (6161 NW 61st in Portland, in front of the
Metro office) on February 11, 2014. Interested proposers are en­
couraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about
the RFP requirements.
