William Elizondo
Funeral services for William
Elizondo were held Monday at
Mt. Olivet Baptist Church.
He was bom Dec. 22, 1951 to
Maria Bradshaw and Ben Wright
in San Francisco, the older of two
sons. He graduated from Franklin
High School in Portland.
He had a 30 year career in the
auto business, starting as a sales­
man and retiring as finance man­
ager when his health started to
decline. He had a love for music
and sang for a musical group called
“Black Ice”. In 1994, he accepted
Christ into his life and traded in the “Black Ice” for singing in the Mt. Olivet
Baptist Church choir and Praise Team Ministry.
He was a kind and caring person, always willing to give to others. He
was dedicated to his loving wife, Debra, whom he married in June 1989. He
cherished all those around him. In his spare time he loved to fish and enjoy
his family time and Sunday dinners. In addition, he loved to watch WWE
wrestling.

The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals from qualified interdis­
ciplinary consulting teams with expertise in wayfinding, environmen­
tal design, graphic design, map design, dynamic digital content
management systems, engineering, specifications and cost esti­
mating, to design a zoo wayfinding system. Fabrication and installa­
tion of system components will be by separate contractor, to be
selected via public solicitation.
