Admission is free. The documentary was created by local students in conjunction with this year’s 100th anniversary celebration of the north Portland park and community center. Students spent weeks inter viewing Portland Parks and Rec reation experts and filming video of the park with guidance from professional film makers and us ing cameras and sound equipment provided by the Hollywood The ater. A canned food drive to benefit the Portland Police Bureau’s Sun shine Division, as well as a coat drive for Trillium Family Services will be conducted in conjunction with the film’s screening. Movie goers will enjoy a panel discus sion featuring the teen filmmak ers, and light refreshments will be served.
