Easy Chicken Cutlets with Apples
Quick, easy, and kids love it. Good with rice or pasta. Original recipe makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
• 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
• 1/4 teaspoon salt, or as needed
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 pinch white sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 cup medium sherry
