seeks written Bids from qualified firms to provide Clarendon School
Roof Replacement.
An Optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2013, at
10:00 AM at Clarendon School, 9325 N Van Houten Street, Port
land OR 97203. Subcontractors are strongly encouraged to at
tend. Attendees are encouraged to remain at the East entry to the
building until District personnel arrive to begin the pre-bid meeting.
Portland Public Schools conducts such meetings in order to clarify
information provided in the RFP and to provide interested proposers
an opportunity to ask questions about the RFP.
Sealed Bids, in an envelope clearly listing the vendor name and
Bid title, will be received by Kimberley Murrell, Senior Contract
Analyst at: Bid Desk, Purchasing & Contracting, Blanchard Educa
tion Service Center, 5 0 1 N. Dixon St, Portland OR 97227, not later
than 2 :0 0 PM, October2 2 ,2 0 1 3 .
