Betty Jo Green
Betty Jo Green has gone home to be with the Lord; but her memories
with us will always stay.
She was bom Jan. 25, 1957 and died this month at the age o f 56.
Funeral service will be held Friday, Sept. 20 at 11 a.m. at Love Temple,
8660 N. Willamette Blvd.
She was preceded in death by her father, Woodrow Green Sr.;
mother, Carrie Mae Green; and brother, Charles Green.
She leaves to mourn her only son, Anthony LaShawn Green Sr.; two
brothers, Paul Green Sr. and Woodrow Green Jr.; five sisters, Marion
Johnson, Ernestine Fuller, Julie Green, Joyce Green and Carrie Mae
Green; five grandchildren and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family
and friends.

Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission, an appointed
commission of Metro, a metropolitan service district organized un­
der the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located
at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is hereby
requesting sealed proposals for Consulting Services for the First
Opportunity Target Area program. Sealed proposals are due at close
of business, October 10,2013, in Metro’s business offices at 600
NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attn: Angela Houck
RFP 2476.
The contract contemplated consists of reviewing, researching and
providing recommendations on the current First Opportunity Target
Area program.
The Request for Proposals can be viewed and downloaded at
