105 Years Old!
Kaman Lee Ware
Mother Ida Jones turned 105 on Sunday and she celebrated the
birthday milestone by attending her church, Vancouver Avenue First
Baptist, for a nice celebration and dinner.
Jones commented on the great gifts she got this year, including
letters from President Obama and Washington G o v . Jay Inslee, and
a beautiful photo of her which was matted and framed by Tracey's Un-
4-Gettable Photos and later signed by every church member for her
to hang in her home.
Church leaders said Mother Jones also was tickled and extremely
overjoyed when she saw her photo on Channel 8 news during a
birthdays segment.
Kaman Lee Ware was bom May 25,1962
and called home on Aug. 8,2013.
Funeral services will be held Thursday,
Aug. 15 at 10 a.m. at Emmanuel Temple
Church, 1033 N. Sumner.
He is survived by his wife Genella Ware;
two children, M icheál Sim m ons and
Frayana Simmons; his parents Lillian and
Donnell Ware; three sisters and four broth­
ers; a grandson, Zaire Simmons; and a host
of other relatives and friends.
