The Waterfront Blues Festival Independence Day Fireworks Show starts at 10 p .m ., following the Na­ tional A nthem , p erfo rm ed by Portland’s Linda Hombuckle. Entry to the 2013 Safeway Water­ front Blues Festival on July 4,5 and 6 - including the fireworks show - is a suggested donation of $10 (or more) plus two cans (or more) of nonperishable food. One hundred percent of the donations benefit Oregon Food Bank's mission to eliminate hunger and its root causes.
