aides, the m ay o r has decided to
suspend A rtharee from his jo b for

him to com plete diversity training.

A rtharee also had p rio r occurrences
in w hich he co m m en ted on the
c o m m issio n er’s physical ap p ear­
ance, but could not verify an alleg a­
tion that he m ade a suggestive m o­
tion w ith his hips.
