Home Forward is excited to announce that its waiting list for
Stephens Creek Crossing 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom subsidized
apartments will be open from July 9 through July 13, 2013.
Applicants must meet income guidelines.
Stephens Creek Crossing is a new apartment community being
developed in Southwest Portland near Capital Highway and SW
26th. It will have 109 apartments with income-based rents, and
they will be ready for move-in in January 2014.
Applications will be accepted online from any internet connected
computer at www.homeforward.org beginning July 9 at 8:30 am.

A celebration o f life for Jason
Bernard Rhone, who died June 10,
2013, was held Sunday at Rasar
State Park near the Skagit River in
Concrete, Wash.
He was born Nov. 12, 1966 to
Rose M arie Callum -Rhone, the
youngest o f six siblings.
He m et his best friend and
m other o f his children, M aya at
Boise Elem entary School.
Jason was a loving father to
A lexzander and his wife Tiffany,
Xavier, G od-daughter Kathleen,
and best friend Billy. He was the
“ little b r o th e r ” to S h a R e e ,
M ichelle, Renee, and Brian; uncle
to Nigel, DeM itrion, Kwasi, and
Rose; and great uncle to Peyton.
We all love and miss Jason
deeply.
His m other sister Shelley pre­
ceded him in death.
