Baby Elephant’s
Own Doughnut
Krispy Kreme has a new menu item: the Lily
doughnut, named in honor o f the zoo’s young­
est pachyderm. The special creme-filled glaze
with a pink-icing elephant face, was made
available last week in local Krispy Kreme
stores through the end Of July for $1.29. A
portion o f sales goes to the Oregon Zoo
Foundation’s Campaign for Elephants, funding
education and conservation activities at the
zoo's new Elephant Lands habitat.
