The Sustainability Center Department of Metro, a metropolitan ser­
vice district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the
Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR
97232-2736, is hereby requesting sealed proposals for water re­
source and environmental services.
Sealed proposals are due no later than close of business, June 19,
2013, in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Port­
land, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Sharon Stiffler, Procurement Ana­
lyst, RFP 13-2420.
The primary intent of this RFP is to provide Metro with a list of
qualified firms that would be under contract to provide ‘on-call’
water resource and environmental services. Using this RFP, it is
anticipated that multiple proposers in each of the two categories of
service will be selected
