Kids will enjoy a day of fishing, learning and
family fun at the annual fishing clinic hosted by the
Hood River Ranger District o f the Mount Hood
National Forest. This free event will be held at the
Middle Fork Irrigation Pond on Laurance Lake Road
in Parkdale on Saturday, May 18 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Participants will enjoy fish-related arts and crafts,
fly-tying, a fishing contest for the largest fish and
more. Children 13 and under must be accompanied
by an adult, and people are encouraged to bring
their own fishing gear.
