The 29th annual Cinco de Mayo Festival takes off Friday, May 3 and continues through Sunday, May 5 at W aterfront Park, downtown. Admission is $8 for adults and $4 for children and seniors. The event is presented by the Portland Guadalajara Sister City Association, a non-profit group dedicated to promoting Latino culture, arts, education, economic and intercultural partnerships, and goodwill between the cities o f Portland and Guadalajara.
