The work consists of repairing the existing sewer drain lines located

I Selective demolition includes asbestos abatement of the resilient
flooring, concrete demolition, removal of some base cabinetry, and
pi urn bi ng fixtures. Work also includes repairing the existing finishes
back to their original condition which includes new resilient flooring,
