Gary Duane Washington died Saturday. He was 53. He was bom Sept. 6,1959, the son of Duane and Joyce Washington. He was the brother of Charles Washington, the late Portland Observer publisher who passed way on Dec. 8. Services will be held on Tuesday, April 9, at 11 a.m. at Fellowship Missionary Church, 4009 N.
