"Something Grand," a matinee
benefit concert for the Salvation
A rm y’s after-school music pro­
grams, will be on Saturday, March
30 at 1 p.m. at the Arlene Schnitzer
Concert Hall.
The concert will feature 10 pia­
nists on 10 grand pianos on one
stage. M usicians w ill include
Michael Allen Harrison, select per­
formers from the Ten Grands con­
cert series, and several sensational
youth pianists,
Sponsored by Safeway, "Some­
thing Grand" is sure to become a
Portland Easter tradition for many
families. Ticket prices range from
$10-$40.
"This concert opens doors for so
many children whose doors keep
closing in front of them," says Ma­
jor Don Gilger, Portland metro coor­
dinator forthe Salvation Army. "Our
job is to open the doors so kids have
the opportunity to succeed.”

economic development. The Draft FY 2013-2014 On Year Action

reference document at each of the Multnomah County libraries by
April 18,2013. Comments on any of the priorities may be made in
