The City of Vancouver (the City) Is seeking consulting services of a
qualified Consultant Team to perform the necessary design
engineering for improvements for the Mill Plain Boulevard - 104th
Avenue to NE Chkalov Drive Project.
Request for qualifications packets may be examined at Vancouver
City Hall, Customer Service Desk, 1st floor lobby, 415 W. 6th Street,
