WorkSource Portland Metro Centers (WSPM) for provision of workforce
services in Multnomah and Washington Counties and the City of
Portland.
Industry Sector-based Training services for low-income City of Portland
residents.
Vocational Case Management services for low-income City of Portland
residents.
