Thursday morning in
Pioneer Courthouse
Square to create a
giant ground mural
out of 1,000 beautiful
poinsettias that
spelled out ‘JOY. ' The
community enjoyed
the installation until
10:30 a.m. at which
time the elves handed
out the free poinset
tias to visitors.
