FOR THE
FIBER OPTIC DESIGN FOR THE RMS PROJECT
The City of Vancouver (the City) is seeking statement of
q ualifications (S O Q )forthe Records Management System Project
with fiber optic communications.
Request for Qualification packets may be obtained from the
Customer Service Desk, 1st floor lobby, at 415 West 6th Street,
Vancouver, Washington, via telephone at (360) 487-8430 or at our
website at http://www.cityofvancouver.us/procurement.
Questions regarding this Request for Qualifications should be

SUB BIDS REQUESTED
All responses to this request that are mailed through the United
States Postal Service shall be addressed to the Procurement Services
Manager, City of Vancouver, P.0. Box 1995, Vancouver, Washington
98668-1995. Please be advised that USPS deliveries requiring a
signature may not be delivered in a timely manner as our receiving
point is not staffed at all times and may not be available to sign at
the time of delivery. Hand-delivered responses, or responses not
sent through the USPS, shall be delivered to the Vancouver City Hall,
Customer Service Desk, 1st floor lobby, City of Vancouver, 415 W.
6th Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660. The United States Postal
Service will NOT deliver to the street address.
All proposals shall be placed in a sealed envelope, which is
clearly marked “ RFQ #22-12 FIBER OPTIC DESIGN FOR RMS” . Responses
by FAX or e-mail will not be accepted.

2013-2014 HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM
LEAD BASED PAINT INSPECTION SERVICES
The City of Vancouver (City) is seeking response to a request for
proposal (RFP) to complete lead based paint inspection and risk
assessment services for the Vancouver Housing Rehabilitation
Program. Funding will be provided by the C ity's Com m unity
Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership
programs funded through the Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) and as such will be subject to all local, State
and Federal statutes applicable.
Request for qualification packets may be obtained from the
Community and Economic Development Department CDBG and
HOME Program, located at Vancouver City Hall 415 W. 6th Street
Vancouver Washington, or by calling (360) 487-7953, or by visiting

An informational non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held
