investigates all allegations o f public
corruption and prosecutes bribe tak­
ers to the full extent o f the law .”

o f a jo in t investigation by the FB I

rants at M cC o y ’s hom e in H illsboro
and at his B ureau o f T ransportation
office in dow ntow n Portland.
