Waterfront Blues Festival — The
24th annual Safeway Waterfront
Blues festival opened Wednesday,
July 4 and continues through Sun­
day, July-8. The largest blues bash
west of the Mississippi is the Or­
egon F ood B a n k ’s larg e st
fundraiser. Admission is a sugges­
tion donation of $10 (or more) plus
two cans of food (or more) per per­
son per day.
