from the bid opening.
Holgate House Apartments are an existing80-unit apartment building
built in 1970. The project is to replace the existing roofing system
with new.

Home Forward has an aspirational goal of 20% of DBE/MBE/WBE/
ESB participation in the execution of this project. Therefore, non-D/
M/W/ESB prime contractors will be required to submit proof showing
that good faith efforts have been made to contract with D/M/W/
ESB subcontractors.
This project is subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage decision.

we have had very positive feed­
back about their experiences with
the video visit. One em ployee
said that without this service, he
would have to take a half-day off
to g e t h is is s u e r e s o lv e d ,”
Costantini said.
The service is available to all
Oregon state employees living or
working in Salem who are enrolled in
a PEBB medical plan, either through
Providence Health Plan or Kaiser
Permanente.

Portland State, Oregon’s largest university, seeks School of Social
Work Field Specialist, a 1.00 FTE, 12 month fixed-term faculty
position. This position will begin summer 2012 at 0.5 FTE and shift
to l.O FTE, 12 month fixed-term faculty position beginning 9/16/
2012. This position dedicates .5 FTE to administrative responsibilities
and .5 R E to instructional responsibilities, including advising/liaison.
Given the nature of this position, the time spent between these two
primary roles will fluctuate throughout the year. This position will be
supervised by the Assistant Director of Field (MSW) and involve
working with the Field Director and Field Team to coordinate
administrative aspects of the field education program.
Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package, including
reduced tuition at all seven institutions within the Oregon University
System. This benefit can be transferred to one dependent (i.e.,
spouse, domestic partner, dependent child, or domestic partner’s
