RideAbout Shuttle Celebrates
The RideAbout shuttle, a free
service for seniors and people with
disabilities who need a little extra
help getting around, is celebrating
more than 15 years of service to
residents of north and northeast
Portland.
As part of the non-profit Ride
Connection, the shuttle service
works in collaboration with the

African American Chamber of
Commerce, the Urban League of
Portland, TriMet, and others to
provide safe reliable transporta­
tion.
Direct rides are available to
Safeway on the first and third
Wednesday of each month. Trips
to Trader Joes, Grocery Outlet,
