REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 03/12-160
Home Forward invites proposals to provide Short Term Rent Assistance
for individuals and fam ilies experiencing hom elessness or at risk of
hom elessness.
Proposals m ust be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on April 16,2012.
Proposal m ust be received in a sealed envelope and delivered to
Hom e Forw ard, P rocurem ent and C ontracts Departm ent, 135 SW
Ash Street, 5th Floor, Portland O regon 97204. Proposals received
after this date and tim e shall be considered late and will be returned
to the proposer(s) unopened.
Copies o f the solicitation package can be dow nloaded by accessing

or, can be obtained in the Procurem ent Departm ent of Home Forward
located at the ad dress below, M onday through Friday, between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Potential proposers that download
a copy of the RFP from the w ebsite are encouraged to com plete and
return a registration form in order to receive updated inform ation,
be added to the RFP holders list, and to receive any addendum s
tha t are released.
Th e re will be a p re -propo sal m e e tin g so le ly for the p urpose of
a n sw erin g q uestions posed by potential proposers. Q uestions will
be an sw ered at the m eeting and, if appropriate, an addendum will
be issued. A ny addenda will be posted on the Home Forward website
and sent to the plan holders list. The pre-proposal m eeting will be
held at 9:30 a.m. on March 27,2012 at New Market West, 135 SW Ash
Street, Portland Oregon 97204 in the Columbia Room (6TH floor).
