REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURAL AND PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES CONSULTANT ROSTER
The City of Vancouver is announcing its projected requirements for
certain architectural and engineering services in accordance with
RCW Chapter 39.80. The required services include, but are not
limited to:
Buildings: architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical/HVAC,
structural: Computers: system development & maintenance,
tra in in g , data co m m u n ic a tio n s; Land Use P la n n in g:
com prehensive planning, ordinance developm ent, socio
economic studies, zoning, land division, wetlands, environmental
studies, permit processing management; Parks: landscape
architecture, civil engineering, architecture, structural engineering,
tree service, graphic art, site location studies, airpark master
planning, comprehensive planning, economical feasibility study,
grant writing, property management services, economical/
e n viro n m e n ta l stu d ies, o rd in a n ce d e ve lo p m e n t; R adio
Communications: project management; Sanitary Sewerage:
pump station design, collection system design, treatment plant
design, regional sewer studies; Solid Waste: facility siting, transfer
station design, compost facility design, comprehensive solid
waste planning, recycling studies, public education, public
relations/marketing; Storm Water Drainage: water quality
studies, conveyance systems design, detention facilities design,
regional drainage studies, flood control; Transportation:
geotechnical studies, aerial photography, material testing, road
design, bridge design, transportation modeling, construction
management, road improvement districts, traffic signal design
and studies, pavement testing, analysis and design, construction
and design surveying, sound studies/noise investigation; Water
System: design, water treatment system design, master planning,
hydro geology, water quality testing, ground water monitoring and
studies, iron and manganese treatment, conservation studies;
Other, rate analysis, geotechnical, structural and corrosion
engineering, HVAC design, electrical, hazardous materials,
instrumentation and control, land surveying, property appraiser,
professional graphic arts, managed maintenance systems and
telemetry.
Interested consultants are requested to obtain and complete the
City of Vancouver Consultant Services Qualifications Summary Form,
which is available on our website at www.cityofvancouver.us/
procurement; from Customer Service. The consultant(s) to be
considered may be selected from those on file or from responses
to advertisement for consulting services specific to a project.
Availability o f work is not guaranteed.

Holton, the son o f form er Port

has 587 points trough 37 career
games. He is averaging 16.1 points
this year, more than the 15.8 he
averaged last year while setting
the St. M ichael’s rookie scoring
record.
Ditlefsen was all-state in both
basketball and football as a prep
star in Oregon.
