Rose Court Signups Begin Potential princesses are being sought as recruiting has begun for the 2012 Rose Festival Court pre sented by Pacific Power. Applications are available at rosefestival.org. Fifteen princesses will be se lected to the court after meeting eligibility requirements and each will be matched with a mentor, a female executive from Pacific Power, for the duration of their Rose Festival expe rience. The selection of Rose Festival princesses from local high schools has been a Rose Festival tradition since 1930.
