processes, and other project tasks that may assist the City of Camas
to prepare for timely obligation of federal right-of-way funds;
2) Right-of-way phase services including, but not necessarily limited
to, plans preparation, coordination of necessary appraisals and
appraisal reviews, fa cilita tin g and conducting m eetings and
conversations with property owners, preparing legal documents for
acquisition, title searches, file organization, and other various related
tasks to ensure federal acquisition and relocation regulatory
compliance;
