Playwrights’
Festival
For two weekends this month,
Portland Center Stage will host
JAW: A Playwrights Festival at the
Gerding Theater in the Armory. All
plays all free to the public with no
reservations required.
The festival opens with the Made
in Oregon series, July 16-17, featur­
ing works-in-progress by four Or­
egon playw rights, with perfor­
mances at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on the
Main Stage. Playsread will include
Antarktikos by Andrea Stolowitz,
Forky by Matthew B. Zrebski, Con­
tinuum by Patrick Wohlmut. and
Personal by Brian Kettler.
