Nicole Berke will bring her unique, soulful sound and lyrics
to a concert Sunday, March 2 0 at 9 p.m. at M ississippi
Studios, 3 9 3 9 N. Mississippi. Berke is a young up-and-
coming pianist, singer, songwriter who mixes jazz, pop and
soul to perfection. She currently resides in Portland and
teaches at Sound Roots Music. Connecting with audiences
in an honest and authentic way, her music has been
compared to a wide variety o f artists, including Fiona Apple,
Stevie Wonder, Radiohead, Joni Mitchell and Laura Nyro.
