organized und er the law s o f the S tate o f O regon and the M etro
Charter, located a t 600 NE G rand Avenue, P ortland, OR 97232-
2736, is req u e stin g p roposals for d e ve lop m e n t o f an inform ation
system for tra ck in g and m an age m en t o f natural area s ow ned by
M etro. Details co nce rning the project and proposal are contained in

The goal of this project is to create an electronic inform ation system
for the tracking and m anagem ent of natural areas acquired by Metro
as part o f the 1995 and 2006 bond m easures. The initial scope of
th e project will fo cu s on the deliverables in P riority G roup A - Core
Data M a n age m en t (Attachm ent D). However, M etro m ay ch o ose to
include in additional deliverables in the Scope based on negotiations
with the successful proposer. See the Proposal Instructions for m ore
inform ation on how to structure the proposal.
